Best way to take glue off wheels?

I recently had to glue my centre caps onto my rims as they kept coming out and I waited over night for it to dry but there is a bit of a glue run down the rim? Is there any good ways of getting this off without having to scratch the rim or fkkkk the paint??

U should of used **** load of silicon

Depending on the glue u can get a softening agent for it or try metho a good mag cleaner shoud take it of as well or if they're polished and not painted try a product called purple metal polish it works wonders
