vl problem helppp

it starts and idles fine but when trying to take of it coughs and spatters then hit s 2000-2500rpm then boosts fine but then when i back of it starts doing it again but fine under full boost pass 2500rpm what could it be it has a mirco tech???????????

Sounds like intank fuel pump problem.
