inlet & exhaust recomendations

RB 30 in dedicated track car, roundy roundy racing not drags. chasing 600 to 650 horses with good down low power too what inlet manifold/throttle body ? what exhaust manifold/turbo ? dont need hollywood just good reliable stuff prefer low mount as want to keep the weight down low all sugestions much appreciated

cant go wrong wit the avo low mount - 100% same stock but flows more $800 precision billet turbos are 900 - 1200 usa stock plenum wit xf - maatkous style will do - even get it powerported $660 make it look factory setup but still make under 400rwkw no problems

Is it really worth it though? Isnt powerporting around $1000?? Probably better off getting an aftermarket plenum at that price. Although you can run the standard turbo intake manifold without power porting, Ive seen a car in excess of 1150hp still using it.

yeah I just did a search on power porting and they said 6cyl manifold was $800 to $900... might aswell buy an aftermarket one for that. totaly agree. sounds like a bloody good idea and looks to work really well but **** its expensive.
