Hi guys got a quick question. Ive just put in a worked 304 into my Calais ive got 400+hp at wheels. Now i need a diff that can handle it i have been looking at a 9inch to suit my car and a 10 bolt Salisbury. What i am asking is what u guys think would be better going for cheers Adam

So you've managed to extract 300rwkw from a 304 and now want a 28 spline diff but can't find one....in the 3 seconds it took took me to look in the classifieds here and on ebay I found several, you see how it works is if you need something it helps to look. By the way tell us about this 304 heads? Cam? Intake?? I'd love to know the combo.

Well i start of with saying i didnt go weak fuel injection though that to the hole and put on a 750 dbl pumper on a redline manifold split deck. Port and polished VN head flowing 600hp standed they flow around 400 to 450 they can handle port abit and polish and they can flow a hell of alot more. Crow solid cam yellow terra rollers and crack. Umm once i get the specs sheet of the engine builders ill list abit more for you and put some picks up if u like. And to answer ur other question bud i have looked on ebay and the little kids on there think their diffs are made of gold champ so im looking for a real person to buy from not some jackass that thinks he can rip peeps of but thanks for your reply just makes me think why i ask people for help and get replys like urs thinking u no about another persons motor lol. Oh and its not hard to extract 300kw out of a 304 if u got a real engine builder that knows whats going on to build it you should speak to larry perkins bud 600hp was easy for him lol.

Your going to have to pay a decent amount of the diff, as I said they have seen many 9sec passes straight from the factory with no modifications, and the people selling them know this. Unfortunately supply and demand, and there is getting to be less of them around and more people after them Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Mate its school holidays isn't it? Shouldn't you be tossing to internet porn? Larry perkins didn't run a redline manifold, just some ported vn heads or a 750 dp on his combos, but hey what would he know your the one with the real engine builder. Oh and a 304 making that sort of power by a builder as good or better than someone like Larry perkins would have cost you a good 15-20 grand plus, why's a few hundred for a diff such a big deal? Don't mum and dad pay enough pocket money? Maybe time to trade your mountain bike in mate, seems like your story has more holes than a sieve.

Why would u spend all that cash on a 304 when u could have stroked it and made 600hp at the wheels lol

Stop talking ****, you don't know your own combo because your probably to young to even drive, the manifold you claim to have is not a split deck but a dual plane and to roll you more on a 304 being revved to 8000rpm (to make the power you claim) would not be using a dual plane manifold, especially not a redline.
