my manual vl torbo wont start it cranks over has spark fuel pressure i think is good i cant get rid of code 24 neutral switch any ideas will that stop it from starting? and can it be bypassed?

crank over a bit then take one of the spark plugs out. If you are getting fuel to the injectors then the spark plug will be wet
