iv got 2x iphone 4 no power dont no the problem with it, one was mine and my mrs, both were on charger and power in the house went off while on charger, when i plug them into the computer and put in DFU mode computer reads it, so good for someone who would like to repair or parts,

What do you mean by no power? Do they turn on at all? If the computer can see them that means they are powered. In DFU have you tried running itunes? It should say it's found a phone in recovery and give you the option to restore. Might save you replacing them. I'd be interested but not being able to check them out first I'm not willing to chance it.
