I purchased this car not long ago as it's been a few years I've been trying to find one that hasn't been abused and modified. Purchased it now my missus is having a whinge as I was meant to buy a car to travel interstate with for our dream road trips. Ok this is a very rare Nitron turbo, not much ever made I'm sure you know it's history. This car still has factory paint with absolutely to rust on the body at all! Only rust is in boot floor which is common and easy fix, wreckers will supply cut for not even few hundred, but other then that body is 100% rust free which is very rare considering it's never been painted. I am a painter and all the body needs is a duco, which is a very easy job as it's not messy, and new mouldings. Inside is absolutely mint! One burn on driver seat but the rest is factory perfect, has original HDT wheel, HDT gear knob, everything works perfect, original cigarette lighter working, factory stereo system. Air con wirks etc, Everything is tight and clean, no rips, scratches or marks, no wear on carpet, it's been well looked after. Has original books. Very quick car The motor is all matching numbers, perfect running order, been checked by VL specialists and they said it was perfect, starts like a dream and drives perfect. Factory turbo gear box, clutch is perfect, never ever been boosted over 8psi, had the timing set for less power but extremely safe. Drives nice and smooth and plenty of power. The only thing that is not original is the exhaust (3 inch) sounds great. And air filter box, the rest is there. I also have the original HDT body kit ready to be fitted. The car does come with the historic ENERGY POLARIZER and for a bonus it has been hand signed by Peter Brock him self. The car is registered so it is drive away, tyres are great. Only work it needs is body work or just drive it as is. I have just done a major service ... New oil, plugs, oil filter, fuel filter, timing set to safety, fully lubricated etc. The only thing I don't have time to do is fit new bushes etc. All in all this is a extremely rare car, Collector edition for sure, Nitron stickers still on but need new ones if you restore body, rare spares sell them. This car is jump in, start it up and drive away, very reliable. Plates come with car HDTVLT still has original gm factory key. This is a collector car, very rare to find it also with the polarizer and signed too. Car is registered, I would consider swap... What you got?
