Guys, might be a stupid question but should your clutch fan be able to turn when you car is not running if you try to rotate it by hand? My car sounds loud under acceleration and I'm thinking my clutch fan could be playing up. Thanks

So if your clutch fan is engaged all the time would it cause your engine to sound louder? Kinda like its roaring on hard acceleration.
