to upgrade or not!!

hey guys got a vn ss that needs new rotors pads n bearings all round as they are knackered. Im looking into maybe upgrading to vt brakes. can you fit vt brakes on the back aswell?? will my standard 15" wheels fit over these brakes?? Any advice would be much appreiciated. cheers guys.
