I was driving and something smashed my window! My missus said she seen it an it came from higher up, like didnt flick up from ground? Anyway i rang the truck company which whateva it was came from an they pretty much said, stiff ****! Is there anything i can do to make them pay for it? Thanks

Yeh pretty sure it came off the truck, my missus seen it an thinks it did! Yeh got the rego an transport place. The guy from transport place said they will check the truck an if there anything missing they will replace it. But even if it was from the truck there not gonna admit it cos they wont wanna pay up!!

Well then there isnt much you can do; its your word against their's. only way you would be able to get them to pay for the damage is if you have photo/video evidence (i dont think a witness would be good enough, even though your partner was a witness)
