Had the same problem with the indy blues I have. You'll need to have them machined to fit.

your both wrong when using the std manifold you need to get the ends changed to the same as std vl injectors use the std clampiing system and make sure there still clamped down tight no maching needed , been there and done it over 8yrs ago but if you can clamp them down really tight you can ditch the orig clamps .pigsy

I had to put the square factory style o rings in with my Siemens to get them to seal. What o rings have you go on the runner ends?

Wouldn't the injectors be a cheaper option to machine Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Could you get a 14mm drill bit and drill em out yourself? the port has enough depth to it that it should pull the drillbit straight, maybe do it in stages, 12, 13, 14mm

yeah u could drill them out but im worried that if i drill it out what is gonna stop the injector from pushing in to far ? there isnt much meat there. so id have to drill the whole way through. then there is nothing stopping the injectors pushing to far in. was thinking about machining up some sleeves on the lathe at work to fit the fatter section and inside diameter 14mm. and see if that works. ---------- Post added 27-02-12 at 22:01 ---------- i just cant believe there is no one that can show/tell me exactly what they had to do. i was sure these were a very popular choice of injector, not saying your ideas arent helping guys, i am greatfull for any ideas.
