Hey guys i need some help with ping issues. I was running a n/a motor with vlt injector, vlt ecu and a t3 on 10 psi with a 3mm head gasket... Well motor didnt like it and died. New motor, same fuel set up but this one is high comp with a t04e. First week i babied it around and then decided to give it a squirt... Pop went the head gasket. Now its back and running again i want to get the ping sorted. From what i understand a bosch 044 and rising rate fuel reg will have me sorted out? What brand of fpr is good? ---------- Post added 07-02-12 at 14:50 ---------- Bump ---------- Post added 07-02-12 at 14:51 ---------- Bump

Not sure about big a t04e is but if its around the size of a stock turbo you shouldnt have a problem unless something is wrong. You got the injectors cleaned and tested? Stock fuel reg is fine. you do have an intercooler yeah? Maybe just lower the boost and get it on a dyno.
