is it hard to do? can someone run me through how its done? dont have my car with me where i am staying now, so i cant just go climb under . atleast its safe where it is i spose. anyway, just looking into the logistics of fitting and removing towbars simply and quickly, as i am sick of having to bring a second car with me every time i go drag or circuit racing. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

It is a fair bit of work there are 10 bolts from memory and the rear bumper has to come off from memory it took me a couple of hours to take off when I was fixing my fuel tank issues so I never but it back on to much hassle IMO

Your in luck i just took my one off my vk. Yes bumper needs too come off there are 8 bolts in total. 2 sit up just in front of the fuel tank. There are 2 in boot floor and 4 in the main part just below the garnish. I might b wrong there might only be 6 i forgot. You will ned the mounting plates aswell they sit insidethe boot im guessing so you dont bend the boot floor. If u need a pic let me know i will take some for u.
