Hi, I just brought a VS senator that needed a new trigger module, so I brought a new one replaced it and the car started first kick. So the next day I decided to wash the engine bay covering the dizzy, coil and trigger module with plastic bags, once I washed the bay I took the car for a drive and all was good, the the next day I took it for a drive up the street and after driving it for about 5 mins it stalled and wouldn't start. I got it home and had a mate come look at it and we found that the car has no spark, no injector pulse, and we can't hear the fuel pump prime. We have tried another tigger module and nothing. Any ideas will be very appreciated. Thanks.

start with the basics; fuses, swapping spares that you have etc, Could it be the computer?

I had this issue with our VS Senator and found it to be the hall effect sensor in the dizzy. Cheers Ben

Mine cut out on me few times but would start after a few minutes then it died and wouldn't start for several hours. Had to get a tow home. Replaced the dizzy and problem solved.
