01-01-12, 11:30 GMT+10#10 Found out when putting motor in my mate put my old stock injectors back in
So fitted turbo ones yesterday and have now broken the bolt on number six injectors
So have to take the intake off today and get the snapped bolt out

04-01-12, 18:55 GMT+10#18 undo the connector and the hose clamps above and below the valve. remove and clean with throttle body cleaner. reinstall
this will correct warm up running issues and influences the air flow meter so should be done before replacing the air flow meter

05-01-12, 10:52 GMT+10#19 Still sounds like a vac leak.
If the air reg is jammed open it will idle high and will return to a high idle regardless of how it's been revved/boosted because the A/F ratio is still correct (It's just bypassing air around the throttle body). When you have a vac leak, the A/F ratio is incorrect so the engine 'stumbles'.

05-01-12, 18:17 GMT+10#20 Removed it and replaced it with the unit of my running Vl
Still stalls if reved hard car is running 5psi
But I have a aftermarket malpassi fuel reg that is rated for high psi
Could that be my problem
