Can someone tell me what is required to get an LS1 engineered to a VR Exec V6. I'm assuming that VT Twin piston calipers are needed but what else??? I am looking at buying my brothers LS1 VR Wagon which has the engine & auto fitted, just needs a few things to finish off such as pipes, electrics, tailshaft etc and wondering if it is worth it. The car needs to be re-reg'd so need to be inspected by vicroads...but if someone can organise it with out I would go that way. The car is mint with plenty of $$ thrown into it already - but dont want to throw another 10 - 15 into it either.

Just taken a deposit on the VZ so trying to decide if I buy another car and mess around with it myself. Not going to be spending the coin that I did on the VZ. You only do that once. ---------- Post added 28-12-11 at 21:21 ---------- Quote: Originally Posted by [SLY.747] [View Post] Mate call this guy he will explain it all, a fair few requirements need to be met but the actual engineers side of things shouldnt cost you more than $1000 from the advice i have had and thats going into a VL Bill Malkoutzis Talk Torque Automotive Mob [phone removed] Bh / Fax 03 9439 2334 Thanks bud will give him a yell.

Give Bill a call, he's the most helpful guy. I've spoken to him a few times and a mate is getting an RX3 engineered through him at the moment.
