I just picked up a 5sp wagon with box problems. When i picked it up, reverse would not engage what-so-ever. When i got it home, after a bit of persuasion, it finally engaged reverse. Once engaged it got stuck, it would go into neutral and reverse only... no forward gears. After further persuasion it finally got out of reverse and went back to it being unable to be selected but also now it will not engage 3rd, 4th or 5th either... so i only have 1st and 2nd. Anybody able to point me in the right direction on possible causes and solutions? Any advice would be very much appreciated.
