Ok so my car is getting there but still having issues! I can drive the car off boost as long as i keep my foot light on the pedal, as soon as it comes on boost or get any sort of load on it fuels up and spits out black smoke coughs and splutters? I took it for a drive tonight and if i hold first gear and let it build up to around 3500-4000rpm very slowly then put my foot down it took off and reved ok? im thinking its the fuel reg as im still yet to change this as soon as boost hits the plenum it just fuels up and splutters? any ideas guys?

hey i'd say a leak in your cooler piping, doesnt sound like fuel if its blowing black smoke, can sometimes be a combo of plugs and leads as well.

Yeah it's clearly over fueling when it comes on boost.

You might have to do a process of elimination on the mods you have done, which could be slow and painful lol What does the fuel system consist of that you have in it? when you say standard ecu i guess you mean turbo? what else have you changed that could cause issues? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
