Hi all, Low pressure in tank pump is sucking air / airated fuel from the tank causing the high pressure external pump to starve of fuel. I have replaced the low pressure pump but has made no difference. The fuel level in the tank is half full and was near full when the trouble began. Could the swirl pot be at fault? Does anyone know what the trouble could be? Thanks for any help. ---------- Post added 16-11-11 at 19:54 ---------- Took the tank out and found what the problem was. Return hose to swirl pot in tank was broken / rotted off both ends. Now the challenge to fix it. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
