Just a question....with the dual tuning maps, could you say have 2 tunes for 2 different engines on there? like 1 for rb25 and 1 for rb30?

Yep could be diffrent fuels, motors (6,8,12) multi coils or dizzys and like i said a tune for track and one for the street.
You dont even have to take it to the tuners to change the maps for the other car just plug it in and use the hand controller or a laptop to simply just select the map you would like to use for which ever combo youd like to use

Pretty sure you can actually set it up off a switch with the new software so even easier than hooking the laptop up. I've had an 8860 in my car for years now and it is absolutely chockas with features and so easy to use

I suppose the question on my mind is if its so good, why you upgrading to a motec?

Because motec is the best, every tuner loves them?
I'd say the 6860 is better than a microtech as well, especially at this price.
