black paint coulors codes whats good

looking at painting my vl black thinking maybe vs panthermica black what are some other good black coulors,second choice is ve green poison ivy but i have herd it is expensive can a cheaper tinter be used to bring the price down.any helpfull input would be great

VS Panther mica has a green pearl, VS Raven mica has a dark blue pearl and is a better black. I would prefer VR anthracite grey if doing a respray, black gets dirty in one day.

im pretty set on black any more ideas on different black coulors was thinking the ve ivy green can the paint be made up similar with a different cheaper tinter in it ?

yeah blacks ****ed man i just painted my vr ute black, the first time i washed it, it put little scratches in it, and yeah within a day or two its dirty already ---------- Post added 24-10-11 at 21:51 ---------- so be prepared to wash it heaps and really look after it!

Current Model VE Phantom II (GIE) or GM Carbon Flash (GAR), which i think has a better metallic.

i just painted one of my cars with some VL Tuxedo Black. i was expecting it to be a solid black, but its actually a really nice colour, its almost got a silver pearl to it.

GAR is a cheap black with metallics looks good its the barina black

you may want to reconsider using a VE colour, once the next model Commodore comes out with a new range of colours they'll quickly look dated
