I have a problem with my head unit, whenever i try to tune a radio station like 100.30fm or 101.90fm, it always skips them, or when i try to manual tune them it will go to 100.29fm or 101.89fm with buzzing sound and cant hear the radio how could i fix this problem. thanks

probably start with making sure the antenna is connected to the back of the head unit? lol by the sounds of it the antenna is not plugged in or not working at all....cant see anything else being your problem, pretty basic really.
