Hey ladies and gents Got a problem with my vlt, when it hits boost it surges really bad!(worst when cars hot) I think it's a fuel delivery problem it feels like the lift pump is failing and not delivering the fuel to the surge tank, it also does it when I go around corners! It's running and standard lift pump into 2.5ltr surge tank into 044 external pump! Also just recently fitted a drop tank! Car was running sweet at c4c but after seating in traffic all day it's started playing up and on way home got worst and no it's really bad! If anyone has experienced anything like this, and could help me out would be great Cheers Stelios Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Check your CAS plug bro, sounds like it could be worn or failing under the heat, check the wires under the boot of the plug. Also makes sense when turning corners, could also be the plug going to the coil, just cable die it to make sure its on nice n tight. Otherwise yeah sus out the internal pump, wouldn't really make a difference when hot though would it?

Alot of people are using the walbro intank pump, think its rated for 550hp, anyway its easy as to adapt, there is the link which shows u with pictures very nicely thanks to ledouche, how to install the pump and which minimal mods are needed to install it. http://calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=236646
