Hey guys, just wanting some advice on turbo sizing and boost times? I've got a GQ patrol with the rb30 running all vlt Injection, custom steam pipe high mount manifold, 2 3/4" exhaust, Front mount cooler and a forward facing throttle body on stock na runners, And currently using a T04e turbo (cheap eBay special but is pretty good so far) running 10psi. It still runs 9.0:1 static comp. Stock timing, and runs well but I want more top end power as it makes heaps of down low torque and on the highway it does 2500 rpm at 100km/hr. It makes boost from 1800 rpm and full 10psi at 2400, so on the highway It's in power band all the time so to speak, hence the wanting to move the power up a little, I'm not worried about off road/slow driving as it makes good power off boost being high comp and makes little to no boost in low range anyway. So I wanted to now how a slightly larger turbo would go with my mods and what revs it would spool up at? Any help or suggestion? ---------- Post added 26-09-11 at 00:22 ---------- Also forgot to mention the current turbo has a .63 A/R rear housing. And is externally gated, has a T3 flange and I'm not worried about direct bolt up replacement. If it needs to modified to fit a new bigger turbo, then I'll modify it!

Just an update, seeing as nobody has put forward what they think! I've bought myself a second hand Garret GT3076, ar70 comp side and ar82 rear. I'll post up how it goes once it's fitted, and how it's response is with my mods.
