XF throtel body adaptor plate for a vl turbo

I have an XF throtel body that i want to put on my vl turbo but i carnt find the adaptor plate that goes with it, so im asking how i would go about finding one or would it be just as eaisy to make up my own??? and can you port heads your self??? and how wold i go about it??? any advise would be great, Chears.
