i was meant to head out but my new transmission decided to have its period. all sparks calais ran into the 9s. Most impressive car was Johns lpg mustang. it ran an effortless 9.3.

Went out with a mate to race his 355ci vn. We all thought it was a **** day. Seemed to us the orgainsiers were more interested in letting the comp cars run all day instead of the 200 street cars. In 6 hours we got 2 runs, think we'll stick to heathcote from now on

vlturbo33 - it was comp cars until 3 then it was street cars and comp cars werent meant to get any runs unless they could fit in, but 9 the track was dead empty no wait at all people got heaps of runs but earlier on in the day it was a bit hard, busy day after not being there for like 3 months you know

nick - lolol if you knew the ammount of things that can go wrong on the track before they can legally let you run its not as easy as you think mate, it was a bit unorganized but consider how long its been since its been running after it gets back up n running it will be better.

As said above calder couldnt orgainise a root in a brothel be sticking to good old reliable heathcote from now on!

The Friday night drags take place during the summer where the days are longer so the track stays warmer etc. But then again Bob tries anything and everything possible to optimise the amount of cars he can run thus reducing the cost of running the event for the day.
