hey guys. so while im building my VL up i've been looking for coolers and found one off a mate in good condition. the problem im thinking is its off his old pulsar. the dimensions of the cooler are: Length 680mm Width 75mm Height 300mm my main problem is, Will it be too small coming from a pulsar? wanting to know from anyone who has fitted coolers if this will fit and will i have any problems fitting it like cutting body, having to make brackets, etc edit: atm in terms of power as well i'm not looking for anything big but something just for a bit of fun and have a new setup working well.

Size seems to be allright. I'm running a 600x300x78mm intercooler. In your question you put the length as 680mm wide. Is that the total length or the core length?? Intercoolers are intercooler. Becuae it came from a pulsar does'nt mean it would cool any different. Do you know what brand it is?? You'll have to cut a small hole in the body. The only body modifcation I done was cutting a hole in the left guard to allow the piping through. Also I welded a small bracket at the front coming off the K-frame to hold the base of the intercooler. Here's a picture of parts you'll need. Thanks mate. exactly what i needed to hear. i assume from what he has said the 680 width is the whole thing No idea on brand but i can ask. but like you said an intercooler is an intercooler. as long as i can get the piping separately from other sources then i should be fine =D
