Yeah absolutely awesome, I saw this car a few months ago, driving down the road in Point Cook/Hoppers Crossing. Man I was impressed as all hell. Not only was it insane, but just tootling down the road like it was any other car.
Great job, much respect!

im serious mate i think the car looks awesome i just dont like the scoop but thats just my opinion if the owner likes it thats all that matter.
i would much rather see a nice polished group a twin throttle setup poking through the bonnet but thats my opinion also.

Great to see a tuff VL V8 Calais coming out of melbourne for a change, well done on the cover. Car looks insane, would love to see it driving on the street.
Must admit im also not a big fan of the scoop would have prefered to see it just with the filter out the bonnet.

10-09-11, 23:29 GMT+10#17 Great car & well done. Personally, I don't like the scoop but what other choice does he have! He could put an pissy little turbo motor in it & keep it under the bonnet.

11-09-11, 11:16 GMT+10#19 this thing is unreal, only thing i dont like is the scoop everything else is done clean and classy and not over the top, but he must like the bonnet as he wouldnt have done it other wise so thats all that matters, it does give it a touch of old school muscle look though, but it just doesnt suit the shape of the vl i dont think,
