keeping in mind this clutch is for a rb25det and r33 box in a vl. i was speaking to a couple of the skyline guys and they all use NPC clutches which are basicly the same as jim berry and half the price so i may go down this road

DCS do an alright job for a bit less monies. give them your clutch now, smash up the clamping force, get them to make a new clutch plate, should be around $500 all up

28 mins, man you got out of it lightly. I was stuck on the phone to him for hours by the time we had mine sorted out, then only used it on the dyno got a new gearbox and had to shelve it anyway.

makes you think no wonder why he charges so much haha he spends to much time on the phone to make money so he has to make up for it some how hahahah

I went for a HD Excedy clutch. It's only lasted a few mouths & it's starting to slip. Jim Berry will definitely be on my list for the next clutch.

Dirct clutch services, 700 bucks for the sprung 5 button will hold 300rwkw all day with plenty of abuse. Give them a ring they are very helpful and a lot cheaper than Jim Berry.

Npc rates the push clutches at 350rwkw and the pull clutches at 400rwkw they are carbotic plates with sprung centres, very hard pedal feel unless a nismo slave cylinder is used but they take the power very well & fairly cheap with similar production to what jim berry uses.
