G'day fellas, Completely gutted my VL today as its getting all the rust removed and full respray. After removing the front windscreen and bulk loads of sikaflex, i noticed there is another rubber channel that runs up the pillars and across the top of the window frame which sits behind the actual windscreen seal. It looks similar to the baileys channel around the door frames but it has an extra lip in which the roof lining clips into. Well anyways mine is buggered and cant find a new one anywhere. Is there an aftermarket one thats the same or have to source one from a wreck???

Hey mate i'm a windscreen installer, I wouldn't bother about putting it back in as I found it causes rust. Remove it and glue your hood lining to the windscreen lip then when you eurothane our windscreen back in place glue onto the roof lining at same time so it will not move. This is just the way I done it and it was the easiest Cheers Jason
