Hi All,
Just thought i'd post some pictures of my VL Calais that I swapped my vn v8 for a few nights ago, I've had a few commodores since I moved to Sydney from N.Z. close to a year ago, and this is definitly the best so far,
Name: Jacob
Make: Holden
Model:VL Calais
Engine: RB30ET, Standard injectors and intake, GT35 turbo with top mount manifold and external wastegate, 2.5" that ends at the diff, running twin external fuel pumps
Body:Gold, Will be getting a respray soon as possible in factory color, but may do it over mx grey, needs paint a.s.a.p as clear is peeling
Box:5 speed manual, with standard clutch
Wheels:16 x 7 Standard commodore rims, running 225/60r16 on the rear and 215/60r16 front
Interior:Standard Calais, with pioneerhead unit, 4" speakers in front and 6 x 9" in parcel shelf,
Brakes: Disks all around
Diff:Standard, 25 spline, 3.45 ratio,
Future mods: Cam, Bigger brakes, Respray, bigger wheels, and lower it for now as its just going to be my daily driver, with the odd track/ strip run ,upgrade to 28 spline turbo diff, front mount intercooler, forward facing plenum, relocate battery to boot, and custom sub boot install
But 1st need to get blueslip and on the road so I can enjoy it
