Hey
Have been looking at both of these, i know they are older models but what are the differences and what are peoples thoughts on them.
I do like the sound of the E6X and seem to of heard more things about it as if it is more of a popular model.
Dont want the best ECU out there as i dont have the money for it, either one of these ECUs will be powering a 35/40 setup in the future but not anytime soon.

Im prety sure you can do full sequetial fire with the e11 v2 and its the more advanced computer of the two. I just put one in my car. Once the car is running its very smoothe-Smoother than factory.I am having problem with plugs fouling and starting but thats nothing to do with the computer-If your in sydney i can tell you who i wouldnt go back too(customer service is F$#%^ED)

the e11 v2 was the top of range model untill the new computers came out....
Its more advanced than the ex6 so if it doesnt cost a lot more go for it
You can pick them up for about $800 on ebay

i wouldnt go the e6x. i had alot of problems with my car just cutting out randomly. i changed nearly the whole ignition system before we found it to be the ecu. i called haltec and they were so hard to deal with.
they finally agreed to look at it and 6 weeks later they supplied a new ecu.

Im also running an e11v2 and its great, besides that same problem you quoted above. Ive found if you dont just start it and let it idle the plugs wont foul, needs to be rev'd/driven. it controls over 400rwkw with ease.

Realy? thats intresting- But its also a problem i was thinking could be ironed out....Realy the plugs shouldnt foul if tuned properly should they? Mines seems to need 2-3 mins to warm up before you can run it....I looked into the computer specs and its has 32 load points on cold start-I reckon this is the reason why i maybe having troubles-Perhaps the tuner didnt play with it enough...
How do you find yours starts hot and cold??

yeh mine is still a pig when first started cold, but the cold start is set way to low. other than that its great
