ok so i own a vn calais with 143,348 kms in good condition, but i love my vls alot more and someone i know has a vl series 200 for sale $2000 with 220 something ks i dont know much about the series 200s and i dont know what if i should keep the vn calais or get the vl series 200 what are ur opinions on the series 200s? worth getting or keeping the vn calais?

For a car of that era , well , put it this way , I would personally buy the VL because a VN Commodore is not my car , same goes for a VL that if you see anybody other than me drive it , they probably shouldn't be. It's like my brothers , one was driving a VN Commodore , which I don't think was his car to begin with , someone ran a traffic light and managed to smash the front end of the VN up , my other brother ran an amber light in my dads SV21 Camry and somebody T - boned him , I don't think that was their car either. I like something that is refined like a VL or my SS or any other six from a VZ onwards, some people don't mind driving a VN Commodore plus whacking a huge stage 3 cam into it and have it running like a pig. It's all to do with personal preference , what do you prefer to drive ?

drop the vn in a river mate. vns are DIRT lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

keep the VN, it's more reliable and less chance of being stolen therefore a better daily

what are u insane stick with the vn calais they handle better and look nicer than a vl 200 series.only get rid of the vn calais if its not white or silver there the ****.

well yeah cuz im mainly using it for a daily and i know i can trust the vn. i also dont have to worry about the chance of it might getting broken into or stolen( previous experiences) never left my vl out of my site wich sucked when i went shopping and what not. my vn calais is white over silver and i never liked vns never thought id get one either, but i love this vn iv got now so i have been in a bit of a predicemate and being a calais aswell which is good!
