Hey, I have been lurking these forums for a long while now and have finally decided to register! HA! Well here is my VLCT (without the turbo atm) Ill update the thread as i remember what has been done to it [EXTERIOR] - Purple with blue pearl bare metal respray - Brand new lights, garnish, bumpers, almost all exterior parts - 18" white wheels - Lowered suspension - Very straight panels [INTERIOR] - All electrical options and all are working: - 2 way sunroof - Electrical windows - Electrical mirrors - Central locking, alarm, immobilizer - VR SS seats embroided with "Calais" - New carpet in car and in boot - Very neat and tidy throughout [SOUND] - Almost have all the gear, ill update this when its in WAIT TILL YOU SEE IT! HAHA [OTHER INFO] - BIG powerful battery moved to boot - Nice little air intake made and coated with heat resistant paint (will post pics later) [THE BAD] - Bit of a ding in the front passenger door - Drivers window is lazy and NEEDS assistance - NO TURBO YET!!!! I just washed the car and my girl got out her cam and got some decent pics so tell me what you think I have really HI RES ones but i uploaded low res so its easy for people to load... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

love it! Amazing colour. Is it orig. turbo? Get some pics up of the bay? Why is the turbo out? you still on P's too? haha Future plans to it?

This car used to be in Melbourne - looked at it about 2 yrs ago in St.Kilda.... When i saw it, it needed a bit of TLC but plenty of potential. Good luck!

Yea still on p's. The guy i bought it off shipped it up from melb, has had plenty of cosmetic changes since then im guessing.

Yea all those wires are for the sound system. As u can prob see the battery wiring is just in the ducting.

all looks good to me, except for the door trims. i'd go back to vlc ones. i even like the colour + rims. get some hsv or calais centrecaps for them.

champagne wheels would look good. pretty clean vlc though.,good job

i hate to be cheeky but... i have a set of vt vx calais centrecaps. they are chrome lions and rings with a black background. i have been selling the flat silver ones like on vy ss's for about 80 - 90 on ebay final bidding value. feel free to throw me an offer and save me ebay fees listing them. how long have you had the vlc by the way?
