1. keas als race glides baileys autos
2.is your abbilities able to do it on a side note its easier geting the box builderr to do it
3.yep it will need a build
4.any 4 speed shifter can be modded to fit you can do this at home its fidley but doable
5. stall id go for a 3000 3500 allfast
how much power you running as for building a box can you do a auto there a prick to get rite
budget from 1500 for a base stock rebuild to 5000 for a full house 3 speed jatco
the vl turbo box can handle mild power levels but not extreme even when modded 400 rwhp should be the safe limit if you are chasing more and wont to keep the jatco style
go for a rotor style 3 speed its a lot better thats good for 500 rwhp limit apart from thet glide or t400
als race glides will do a full house 4 speed jatco with the shifter allready set and the shifter lowering box with converter for 4600 ish
keas are about the same for the converted 3 speed skyline\rotor box less shifter but comes with all the adapters etc
rember you will need to budget 300 ish for a themo equiped trans cooler plus 150 ish for good trans lines as the stock stuf is ****
if you got lower power levels or asperations baileys autos will do a full house 4 speed for 3500 including converter and fitting it will be good for 350 rwhp or 2400 supplied less converter
