Hi all Looking for some pic's and ideas for intercooler and piping in a VK. Doing an LS1 turbo conversion and not alot of room up front for a decent size cooler & 3" pipework. May even consider air/water IC but even that requires a fair bit of real-estate .

VL has much more room behind the bumper, group A bumper doesn't help any.

ah fair enough man... Maybe try and squeeze a gk tech in there if possible of have two smaller ones situated infront of each front tyres like how standard silvias have

think outside the box man... scout the US sites, youd be suprised at what you can find that will help you route it. not that hard really, its gunna be tight bit itll work. w2a is better for temps but alot more of a lay out and setup engineering. a2a is mount cooler and rig up pipping to and from.

I think I can get a 500x300x100 infront of the radiator , but will have to knotch the front of the chassis rails and rework the bumper mounts to get the pipework thru. I like the A2A for simlicity and cost, will probably add meth/water injection for added cooling.

think outside the square and spend the money getting something custom made up ! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
