help!! lsd not working

hey guys , i have a vn 3.08 disc braked lsd diff in my vl . when you spin the wheel , the opposite wheel spins the other way so its lsd . but when my foot "slips" , it only single spins ? i bought it off trademe so im thinking it might be damage or wear to something in the diff? any suggestions? it has a "high performance lsd" tag on the diff if it helps lol

clutch packs could be flogged out mate.

BW78 doesn't have clutch packs. The cones or springs will be worn out; needs rebuilding or replacing.

im gonna buy some lsd cones off ebay. any tips on pulling the centres out ? dad will give me a bit of guidance , hes use to the old banjo and salisbury diffs , ive heards to marks the bearings?

I'd suggest you take it to a diff shop, as you need specialised tools.

both wheels should spin the same way if its a lsd, thats a open centre you have

It's a single pegger diff for sure. If someone told you it was LSD they full of s hit. Both wheels should turn forward opposite ways mean its an open wheeler standard diff.

Again you need specialised tools and experience in doing this. Search Youtube if you really want to know, but you'll soon find it would be better to have a pro do it.

and would anyone know what the code on my diff says it is , 92034581. i looked around but no one has the codes for the vn diffs
