Vic roads won't transfer the car out of my name without a rwc cert provided from the person who brought it because it's defected... I sold it an filled out my half of the transfer papers an now the person I sold it to has sold it to some1 els without transferring the car out of my name

Just report it stolen

Does the bloke u sold it to . Have any details Of the person he sold it too. Or just send the fine to the bloke u sold it to as He can't provide details he's legally in charge of the car

Just give the details to vic roads of the person you sold it to,along with the date and approx time.Fill out a stat declaration,its then up 2 the person you sold it 2 to do the rest!Provided youve got there details.If not youre f#####.If the new owner has got the transfer papers you can't call it stolen.You have to prove youve disposed of the car correctly.If you havn't got there details you havn't disposed of it correctly!

If you got to vic roads with a corectly filled out transfer paper and you have sold the car, you should have no trouble transferring it. They will just give the guy who's name is on the transfer paper a certain date to transfer it otherwise it will be suspended.

always keep details of who and when you sold a car to, always reporting it stolen will get you in a heap of trouble as rego is no proof of ownership and you don't even own the car anymore do the stat dec, simple

The car was defected there for u can't transfer a car out of your name without a valad rwc cert I have the transfur papers from when I sold it... I ether just want him to contact me or hand the plates in not hard to understand all that

what you are posting is very hard to understand the car isn't yours now and isn't stolen so you can't report it stolen and you can't take the car back you don't want to receive any fines: respond to the fine notice with a stat dec, it's simple and happens all the time your response to this is all over the place

How hard isit to understand?? Iv sold the car to some1 right I did my half of the paperwork an they Neva transferred the car out of my name, an they just sold it to another guy without giving my details an he is now driving around in a car that is unregistered because of the defect an has gotten fines in my name..
