LSD Breakaway Torque?

Hey I am rebuilding a vlt lsd center atm and i am wondering what is the best breakaway torque? Gregories manual says a min of 68nm, one shop told me 80-120nm and another told me 160nm I dont want it to chew the guts out off it but i dont want it to single spin either. Any help would be great Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
