Handbrake problems

hey guys i just fitted my VLT lsd. however i have a few problems. mainly with the handbrake setup when i take off after having my handbrake on i get a loud click coming from the rear of the car. then when im driving the right hand rear wheel i can hear what sounds like brake pads on metal rubbing. howver after driving there is no excess heat coming from the handbrake drum or the rotor itself. it seems to be louder when on throttle than off throttle. what could this be
