Amongst all of the hype with people wanting to remove the marking of their cars and *sigh* Generally putting the WRONG badges back on them (not naming any particular makes *cough* chev *cough*
I am wanting to re-badge my calais after i took the badges off to recondition them all.
They were stuck on with some seriously tough 24 year old gunk.
So what is the best way to get the badges to stick onto the front quarter panels as this was the hardest spot to get off.
Some sort of badge glue that wont ruin the paint at all and gives a close, flat and strong hold to the paint?
Double sided tape isn't tough enough because I have already had one calais bullet badge stolen straight from my car.
Thanks,
Lachlan

doubled sided tape, as per standard. but it has to be thick rubber, not just your regular double sided tape.

**** scotch tape! Sicker flex your badge back on its really good sticky black stuff like a cross between tar and rubber and is also water resistant. Just go down to your local auto retailer and buy a tube and then stick some to the back of the badge and stick the badge back on but make sure you clean up around the edges of the badge after you have stuck it on to make certain that none of the sicker flex is showing.

Saweet. I'll have a look into it, badging it isn't my highest priority but have been wondering how I'd go about it for a while now
Cheers
