Since the site update I have been recieving errors when doing advanced searches or in thread searches.
searching for "vl spring" in "for sale-everything else" returns a white page and
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/calais/public_html/search.php on line 1011
the same value in advanced search returns
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/calais/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 3312
so, is anyone else having problems? any suggestions on how to fix?

Try being a little more specific in the search, like SSL Spring or something.

Do you experience anything similar? ie, is it serverside

Don't include "vl" when searching, it renders too many results and thus gives u that error
