So just bought a 87 VL berlina, im getting this weird noise when i clutch in above around 4000 revs? sounds like a grinding noise, like somethings loose, you can hear it mainly from the exhaust though, and its usually when you clutch in and out - this is my first VL, i have no idea what im doing really (i mean i know enough about cars to get around, but im new to this whole VL thing haha), luckily i have mates who know them well, but even their confused... Any ideas on what it could be, or if you know, how would you fix it? - i dont really care just throw ideas at me! Thanks, Mitch.
