i went to a look out one day in narre but cant remember where it is.... anyone know??

There's one in Narre Warren North on Hallam North Road. It's near a transmission line (big powerlines) and overlooks Endeavour Hills. Is that the one you mean?

Yeah I forgot about the one at Kurll Park, but like you say it probably isn't there anymore. The one on Hallam North Rd isn't really an official lookout but it's a lookout nonetheless. It's sort of near Lyala Ct and Ebeli Close but on the opposite side of the road. Can't miss it, small gravel parking area.
