good shows are getting done all over now. pleanty of gigs in smaller venues like amplifier bar. there is some more but their names and locations escape me.
i suggest you go out to trendy coffee shop or record store and pick up a copy of Xpress or similar, basically a free mini newspaper full of gigs and goss on the subject.

dorcia isnt bad on a friday night mate, its at the leedy hotel in leederville.
im mo btw, welcome to wa, its were everything takes ages to catch on and the vl scene aint that flash..
