Hey Mitch, welcome to the forums. Nice pickup on the car, looks immaculate. Umm firstly being on your Ls dont get the idea that some get of finding a turbo conversion kit and fitting it on your Ps and driving around as a sick cvnt. Its stupid. In my opinion its a very clean car and should stay as standard as possible, will be secks on wheels Now lol these are just what I think... *The front badge is no problem IMO i dont mind them, but if you want to go standard look, u can get the proper ones from RareSpares *Degrease the engine bay, will look great after (note = cover important electrics like ur distributor cap etc with plastic bags, they are very sensitive to water. also do it on a day your not driving, so it can give it heaps of drying time) * From the pics it looks like one taillight is darker than the other, the left one being from a VL Berlina, and the right a standard Executive. If its just the photo, ignore. If not id find a standard Executive set (or just a replacement left) and fit them. *You can debadge the rear if you want and it would look great. But in my opinion, get rid of the executive badge and fit an SL badge instead. The SL badge has always looked alot better, and an Executive is basically an SL with power steering and air con... Once again, RareSpares is your friend *With the wheels, dont fit VL Calais ones. They look great but out of place on a SL/Executive. Go the 15" Interceptors (silver) and fit wheel caps (plastic or metal) and (optional) chrome dress rings. Wheel caps you can get from RareSpares (plastic) or Ebay (sometimes the metal ones pop up), dress rims = just whore ebay Keep us updates on it, once again a nice standard car, please dont molest it Any troubles PM me and ill be happy to help. Also there are alot of very wise people here, just ask for help AFTER searching though, chances are your problem has been answered 100 times before. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

The taillight might be off a VK berlina. I had those lights on my car and the left stuck out abit on the end. Not noticeable, but if u put your hand there you could feel the gap behind... On Berlina and Calais it is different, but thats another story Mine has Calais on it since its a Calais and the turbo models have a Turbo badge on the right side of it. Guy who stole the car of me before i got it back had peeled this off (god knows why, think it was converted to non turbo so cops would look past it...) you can see the sticky residue left behind... Quote: by the way i degreased the engine and picked up an sl badge cool, told you the SL badge looks better post up some more pics. Now go get some 15" Silver Interceptors and wheel caps Have a look in the Technical Articles section for some cool mods that might get your curiosity Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
