East Coast Cruisin' SYD: NEXT UP IS A NATIONAL PARK/COUNTRY CRUISE (Lots Of Windy Roads & Nice Scenery)! ..... This cruise may not be as popular our last cruise "Terrigal Breast Cancer Charity Cruise" where we had over 250 cars attend, however, i've driven these roads a few times & its an amazing drive... through the national park (via Galston Gorge) and country side to head out west to Windsor (Governer Phillip Park/Windsor Boat Ramp- on Hawkesbury River) a lot of fun for a Sunday drive! Hope you can join us for yet another great cruise. Afterward, feel free to join us for a cruise upto Hawkesbury lookout in the Blue Mountains (amazing view)! ......... The Details are as follows: TIME: From 10am MEET: Silverwater Boat Ramp WE LEAVE: 11am DESTINATION: Windsor Boat Ramp/Governor Phillip Park Cruise route: 1. Head to Pacific Hwy via M4 & Homebush Bay Drive/Lane Cove Rd. 2. Follow Pacific Hwy into Hornsby & toward Asquith & merge left (via the signs) onto Galston Rd (heading into Berowa Valley Regional Park/Galston Gordge). 3. Merge right after the second roundabout onto Mid Dural Rd from Galston Rd. 4. Turn right onto Old Northern Rd. 5. Turn left (24kms) onto Wisemans Ferry Rd. (follow it right to the end, following Signs for Windsor.. to Windsor Rd) 6. Turn Right onto Windsor Rd. (heading into Windsor) 7. Continue to Bridge St.- through the intersection- where you turn Right at the roundabout into George St. (which leads to Windsor Boat Ramp) When we've all grabbed lunch & taken photo's & what not, feel free to join us for a cruise from Windsor Boat Ramp up to Hawkesbury lookout in the Blue Mountains @ Hawkesbury Heights (roughly a 20min drive)!! Here's the cruise route link to google maps: http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Unknown+road&daddr=-33.849646,151.081529+to:Lane+Cove+Road,+Ryde,+New+ South+Wales+to:Ryde+Road,+Pymble,+New+South+Wales+ to:Pacific+Hwy+to:Galston+Rd+to:Wisemans+Ferry+Rd+ to:Unknown+road&geocode=FcXa-_0dhNwACQ%3BFdJ--_0dOVIBCSmB07QTzqQSazEg4IDlZ30BEw%3BFb0s_P0do8gBCS mfQ9jv5qUSazHZ_9MjVhDZYA%3BFUL1_P0dzjwCCSkR7micnag SazGi9q1ZH0GSuw%3BFaAU_f0dRkUCCQ%3BFYR__v0dhu0ACQ% 3BFZEgAf4dc2T_CA%3BFdFK__0dBIH9CA&hl=en&mra=dme&mr sp=7&sz=14&via=1&sll=-33.607614,150.8428&sspn=0.039888,0.077162&ie=UTF8& ll=-33.717486,151.009827&spn=0.637392,1.234589&z=10 (http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Unknown+road&daddr=-33.849646,151.081529+to:Lane+Cove+Road,+Ryde,+New+South+Wales+to:Ryde+Road,+Pymble,+New+South+Wales+to:Pacific+Hwy+to:Galston+Rd+to:Wisemans+Ferry+Rd+to:Unknown+road&geocode=FcXa-_0dhNwACQ%3BFdJ--_0dOVIBCSmB07QTzqQSazEg4IDlZ30BEw%3BFb0s_P0do8gBCSmfQ9jv5qUSazHZ_9MjVhDZYA%3BFUL1_P0dzjwCCSkR7micnagSazGi9q1ZH0GSuw%3BFaAU_f0dRkUCCQ%3BFYR__v0dhu0ACQ%3BFZEgAf4dc2T_CA%3BFdFK__0dBIH9CA&hl=en&mra=dme&mrsp=7&sz=14&via=1&sll=-33.607614,150.8428&sspn=0.039888,0.077162&ie=UTF8&ll=-33.717486,151.009827&spn=0.637392,1.234589&z=10) HOPE TO SEE YOU OUT OUR NEXT CRUISE--> IT CAN ONLY BE EPIC!!!

CRUISE ROUTE UPDATED... Went for a drive out to Wisemans Ferry, i found that Wisemans Ferry rd has been redone, its very smooth & is much more friendly on the suspension & rims/tires for all of us who have LOW & MODIFIED cars vs. the old route... So we will now be heading up Old Northen Rd. to Wisemans Ferry Rd & taking that to get to Windsor!!! It adds an extra 15mins according to Google Maps but well worth it & is a much nicer drive with amazing views Only 2weeks to go Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
