Hi all I am new to the site, I havent had a VL for a long time I used to own a VL Director got it for my 21st birthday and only had it 1 month till someone knocked it off. The other day I bought a VL Exec 5 Speed Calais Mock up for a bargin of under a grand. It has a few issue like stalling and not much power and smells like running rich and now there is no electricial power at all I think I might need a new battery or fusable links but will sort that out hopefully. Plans are for possibly a RB25DET engine which i have one in the garage now and clean the car right up and have a nice cruiser and bit of play time.
