im doing this conversion now, get ur kit from v6 conversions, cheaper, complete and fits correctly, battery in the boot is optional, brake upgrade is a must for the front u can get the kits on ebay cheap enough and chassis strenthen depends on how much rust u got in urs, like mine i got none so all is well, leave standard diff there strong enough with a standard auto tail shaft....im keeping mine auto and i bought a smashed v6 gem and pulled everything out and putting it in mine!

yeah cheers i looked thou all the number its a big price, for the conv from rod shop bigger brakes, and everyhting custom loom 8000 grand all up,, thats ***n heaps. but if i do everything myself, it will cost that well. v6 kit is 500 with engine mounts, 500 for the loom, u need a chassis strengther for engineers dont you? thats wat i was told by one. and brake upgrade. there pretty cheap on ebay. speedo cables as well is bout 80 plus sender which is 200 so pretty much 1820 and its ready for engineers cert. once your done yours if i give you some money would you give me a hand to do mine. pm if your keen. thanks heaps and with your tailshaft where are you getting it cut or is it already done coz you need to take off 100mm

didn't think you could get this conversion engineered anymore . From what i can remember 2.7 litres is the biggest N/A motor you can legally fit
