hello
i have run my vl dry(dead empty) of fuel and now i have put 20L in and will not start
it just truns over
is there something u have to do after u run them dry

when you turn the key, before you crank it, can you hear the pump and injectors working?

The injectors won't pulse until the engine is turning over
The fuel system primes automatically when the key is turned to the ON position.

there isnt anything you have to do, just prime the system a couple of times before cranking. maybe you didnt run it dry, something else failed. or maybe one of the fuel pumps died from being run dry..

When you turn the key to accessories does the fuel pump make like a 'sucking' sound?
It kinda sounds like drinking the last bit of milkshake out of the bottom of a cup.
Turn the key to accessories a few times (give it a few mins before each turn) see what happens when you go for a crank then and tell us how you go.

it did sound like that before i put more fuel in
i also did the key accessories about 5 time and still will not start
going to c if the fuel is getting into the cyl.
its got heaps of spark.
so it has to be fuel.

you ran it dry ? will be intank fuel pump go under the car undo the hose that hooks onto the external pump ,so the external pump isnt hooked up, lay under car get some one to prime to car and get ready to turn it off quickly (petrol should start coming out from the hose if not then its your intank pump same thing happend to mine , the loud buz is your external pump (witch is near the fuel tank under the car. also never let your car run dry thats just dumb.

got it to start today but sounds like its missing or as air in the lines
so we cleaned the filter out and it does not want to go again its like we added more air into the lines.
how u get air out of the lines just crank it and when it starts keep it going
and hope it comes good.
